Requirement
- Malaysian citizens below 26 years old
- Degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Geology from a recognised university
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Active in extra-curricular activities
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both spoken & written english
The programme
- The objective is to develop a pool young talent to be employed as Junior Engineers in the Company
- Candidates shall have the opportunity to experience offshore working environment
The 52 weeks training programme shall cover :
- formal classess : technical & soft skills
- On the Job Training
- Coaching & mentoring
- Executive Team Development Programme
