The Management Feeder Program is a 12-month structured Program designed to develop the leadership and functional skills of recent MBA graduates.The program attracts talented individuals whose primary interest is to learn the business and apply their academic and prior work experiences in our environment.

This program includes rotational assignments within the commercial functions with people and/or project management responsibilities, coached by seasoned professionals, as well as periods of high-intensity classroom training and self-instruction. The Management trainees gain the broadest possible experience across functions, in addition to being exposed to different senior managers and operating styles, which further enhances the leadership and functional development experience.

• Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree with strong track records of co-curiculum activities.
• Preferences given to candidates who are intrested in Sales and Marketing.
• Must be able to demonstrate these competencies : analytical and decision making, influence and negotiation, effective execution and encouraging open dialogue.
• Candidate must be able to read, write and converse in English fluently.
• Applicants must be mobile and willing to be transferred.
• Fresh MBA graduates or those with 2 years of experience and below are encouraged to apply.
