Graduate Ledership Program (GLP) at Western Digital

Responsibilities:

Selected applicants will be offered a position as an Graduate Leadership Trainee and will undergo a period of intensive training in Human Resource Department to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with Degree in HRM (Human Resource Management)
• Applicants must possess a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or above
• Candidates who embark on this program will go through hands on training attachment within Human Resource Department for a year. Shall be bonded for a year from the date join
• Write and speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good knowledge in computer software i.e. spreadsheets, word processing, power point and etc
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
